Eminent has the capacity and ability to roast upwards of 250 lbs. of coffee per day, so no matter what size cafe space you are running, or how much volume you move in a week, Eminent can keep your shop fully supplied with fresh, locally roasted specialty grade coffees.

The Mobile Cart

The Eminent Mobile cart was hand built by Owner and Operator Josh in late 2022. A fully integrated, and self sustaining cart capable of creating all hot and cold coffee beverages right at your event location. With power drawn from a standard 120V outlet, or remotely from a generator, the cart is ready to cater any event. Our commercial grade espresso machine can pull espresso and steam milk at the same time which allows for optimal output, and limited wait times to the customer.
