This offering comes to us from Trumpet Tree Coffee Factory, located in Constitution Hill, Saint Andrew Parish, Jamaica. TTCF is one of the world renowned Blue Mountain processing facilities that is home to Riddim Blue - 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee.

Founded in February 2014, Trumpet Tree Coffee Factory is owned and operated by Arthur Mcgowan, a Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee farmer. Currently, the property has 85 acres of rich Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee. The farms that Arthur owns, which are represented in the Trumpet Tree coffee, are called Flamsted, Good Hope, and Constitution Hill Farms. Trumpet Tree also has buying stations set up in the areas of West Phalia, Penlyne Castle, Clydesdale, and Cinchona. Coffees are purchased here from smallholder farmers and brought to the company’s facility on Constitution Hill for processing. The coffees are depulped, demucilaged, and dried mechanically. They are rested for approximately eight weeks before being hulled, and are hand-sorted by a staff of 40 employees.

All Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee must be certified by the coffee industry board of Jamaica. The regulations are very strict and much of the coffee is rejected.
