T.O.C. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and podcast run solely on donations in order to get our heroes the help they need. T.O.C.'s motto is One More is one Less, because if we can help One More person overcome the fear of reaching out for therapy, it could be One Less suicide.
The Overwatch Collective (T.O.C.) was founded in June of 2021 by Jesse and Greg, both USMC Veterans. T.O.C. has created the smoothest and most confidential process for our MIlitary & First Responder community to get connected to culturally competent therapists across the Country. T.O.C. has over 115 contracted therapists and covers 48 states. Since August of 2022, T.O.C. has spent $269,500 on therapy costs and connected 260 people in our community while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Origin: Ella Todos Santos, or Mujeres Luchando Por Un Mejor Futuro, reside in the breathtaking highlands of San Martin, Guatemala. A sisterhood of 276 courageous women coffee farmers banding together to support their families and communities, after many of the Male heads of household have migrated to the US for better work.
